Besides finding over 1000 outstanding images here in my World Travel Guide, you'll find tips, tricks, observations, warnings, and experiences from all of my trips. My goal is to highlight my travel and wildlife photography and to inspire YOU to travel around the world before it's too late!

Queensland, Australia Travel - We covered key points along the coast of this northeast state visiting several rainforests, islands, and reef hotspots. Starting in the Gold Coast we made our way to O'Reilly's Eco Lodge, up to Hervey Bay for humpback whale watching and a jaunt to Lady Elliot and Frasier Islands. Then we went to Cairns where we visited the Atherton Tablelands, Daintree, and Port Douglas where we took excursions to the Great Barrier Reef. This country/continent is teeming with wildlife (especially birds and fish) and environment, and it is all so easy to see up close. A favorite part of my world travel guide.

The Antarctic Peninsula -- World travel would not be complete without a visit to the frozen continent. Starting from the southern tip of Ushuaia, Argentina, we took a converted Russian research vessel to visit the frozen continent. Enjoy pictures and stories about Antarctica penguins, whales, seals, glaciers, and icebergs. We ended our trip in the Falkland Islands and then Patagonia, Chile. If you are into environmental science, I can show you how to make a similar Antarctica travel vacation of a lifetime!!!

Galapagos Islands Travel -- No world travel guide would be complete without this incredible and historic destination. It's a wonderful way to see all sorts of unique animals up close. Bring lots of film or memory cards because all of the blue-footed boobies, frigate birds, marine iguanas, sea lions, pelicans, and waved albatrosses are gonna grow on you!! You can even snorkel or scuba dive underwater here.

Peru Travel -- You can't travel around the world without visiting Peru. One of my favorite trips, I visited the Tambopata Research Center in the Amazon jungle basin and then all of the Inca ruin sites around Cuzco. The trip culminated with a literally jaw-dropping experience in Machu Picchu. If you are into ancient Incan history and exotic rainforest wildlife, this vacation is for you. I even got to try some night photography in the jungles!

Greece Travel -- Follow us through the Acropolis in Athens and tour a few of the pristine Greek Islands. Santorini, Ios, and Naxos are some of the most unique islands in the world. Travel to Greece and experience a gorgeous and romantic holiday.

Israel Travel -- Experience a whirlwind tour of the most historic place in the world. Travel to the Old City of Jerusalem and the resort town of Eilat, the latter at which you can enjoy scuba diving or underwater photography from a marine science museum.

Maui, Hawaii Travel -- Beautiful scenery and fascinating animals adorned our vacation to one of the islands of Hawaii. With Kahana on the west end as our base, we tour the Road to Hana, Haleakala Volcano, Lahaina, and the little-traveled northwestern coastal road. Add a pod of spinner dolphins off the coast of Lanai and you've got a beautiful world wide travel destination.

China Travel -- See a little bit of Suzhou and a lot of Beijing. Booking a tour is cheap in China, so inexpensive that I got a private one. I visited silk, cloissonet, and woodcarving factories; historic sites such as the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace; and join me on 2 visits to one of the manmade wonders of the world - travel to the Great Wall of China. I even tried some street photography to show you what city life was like.

Continental United States Travel -- Images and journeys from my home country. Lots of bird, wildlife, and scenic shots from many fascinating destinations that you might not know about. I'm adding photos here all the time, mostly from the western states. Certainly one of the most varied and beautiful countries in the world.

Alaska Travel -- An amazing 1400-mile RV trip across south-central Alaska. Don't let the "RV" part discourage you -- it's the best way to see our largest state. Abundant scenery and wildlife in Seward, Homer, Talkeetna, Denali National Park, and the highways. Bald eagles, sea otters, moose, glaciers, whales, and more! Just point your camera in any direction and you are virtually guaranteed a suberb shot. World wide travel to Alaska can't be matched.

Roatan Honduras Travel -- A wonderful trip to Central America. We stayed 1 week on the Caribbean island of Roatan, then took the ferry to La Ceiba, Honduras to stay at Omega Tours lodge in the middle of the Pico Bonito jungle.
