Whale watching season ends in mid April. But a few stragglers may be visible at the end of the month after the rest have left to travel to the coasts of Alaska. This was one of the few times we saw a fluke.\n\nOn the night of our arrival to our condo in Kahana, we saw a humpback whale breach way in the distance against the sunset. It was a nice welcome.
