Greece Trip Preparation
My girlfriend, Kelly, took care of a lot of the prep work for this trip. She researched the islands and the sites and set up our overnight ferry ticket and some hotels through a Greek travel agency. I think the Athens hotel and overnight ferry were worth it, but after we were done with our trip we realized we could have done all the rest of the hotels on the fly.The arrangements were all made by email through the Dolphin Hellas Travel Agency. We went through a couple of gyrations because of the language barrier. If you decide to go through them, make sure you are very explicit in what you want and make sure you use easy English words and sentences.
There were no visas, innoculations, or special equipment required for this trip.
