Only 10% of the visitors to Alaska get to see Mt McKinley and the mountain range of Denali National Park. We were the lucky ones, especially since we saw it 2 days in a row. This shot was taken probably 2/3 the way up from Anchorage near Byers Lake. There's a Denali scenic view rest area there with a short walk up to an observation hill. I also highly recommend flying over Denali in a plane chartered from Talkeetna.
