The beautiful edge of town in Lucerne, Switzerland. Farmers market tents are setup on the right river shoreline, and a cathedral looms on the left. It's easy to get here by train from almost anywhere in Switzerland. When you arrive you can enjoy a nice walk or take a boat ride along the huge lake (behind me in this photo). The boat ride can drop you off at numerous places, including Vitznau where you can take a beautiful and fun cog train to the top of Mt Rigi.
