Prev 28-scarlett_macaws: A pair of scarlet macaws enjoys the day. We saw these two on a typical day hike. The paths around the Tambopata Research Center meander all through the jungle, and it was easy to spot these colorful birds. They were usually far away only in elevation, not in distance from the path.
